i tried complete restart of all components (db, web and worker). Using {“version”:“3.8.0”,“worker_version”:“1.2”}

It looks like it failed to fetch the image to do the check in. I would review the resource_type and resource definitions to make sure they’re set up correctly.

Hi Colin,

I cleaned the resource-cache… tables and this resolved our issues. Thanks for the pointer

David

How did you clean the resource cache?

Hi Jim,

I deleted all rows from the tables starting with resource_cache in the ATC database.

No other action was required to resolve this issue. At that time i was running 3.8.x concourse.
